Biden Charting a New Course?
by Stephen Lendman (stephenlendman.org – Home – Stephen Lendman)
On Thursday, “Biden (JB below) delivered a foreign policy address at the State Department, Kamala Harris with him for the occasion.
His “America is back. Diplomacy is back at the center of our foreign policy” theme rings like disturbing old wine in new bottles.
Is he charting a new course or is the new regime in Washington pursuing same old, same old policies with new faces and rhetoric. More below on his remarks.
First a reality check I discussed before.
Biden isn’t Biden.
The real JB is too cognitively impaired to perform duties of any public office — clearly not the nation’s highest that requires clear-headed interactions with foreign leaders, as well as US public and private establishment figures.
The real JB isn’t up to the task. So a double (an impersonator) acts in his place publicly.
The “Biden” who debated Trump, delivered the inaugural address, and makes public remarks is JB’s double.
The real JB has blue eyes. The color of his double’s eyes is brown.
Photos of JB and his double show distinct differences in demeanor.
The real JB forgets names, facts and has trouble making public remarks without mumbling and bumbling.
His double is articulate.
After studying “original photographs” of both figures, James Fetzer concluded the following:
“Joe Biden has free ear lobes, not attached ears, like his body double…”
“Joe Biden has a smooth chin, not a cleft chin, like his body double…”
“Joe Biden also has a wider cranium than his body double.”
“Others, including myself, noticed that Joe Biden has blue eyes while his body double has brown.”
Fetzer pointed out other differences between both figures.
Most prominent in my judgment are distinctive differences in public demeanor.
I agree with Fetzer’s conclusion that “a great fraud has taken place over the nation’s airways to deceive the American people about the appearance, health and cognitive competence of (the real JB) and that such inconsistencies may justify an investigation and/or certification of the former Vice-President’s appearance and attendance.”
As for the voice of both figures, Fetzer defers to analysis of experts on this issue, adding:
“(V)oice morphing technology has advanced to the point that even a body double can project a voice that is indistinguishable from that of the impersonated party.”
Fetzer declared “under penalty of perjury (that the information he presented) is correct and true.”
James H. Fetzer is “distinguished McKnight University
University of Minnesota Duluth.”
JB’s double delivered the foreign policy address on Thursday.
Saying he’ll “repair our alliances (and) engage with the world once again” is all about continuing to advance the nation’s imperium — seeking dominance of other nations over mutual cooperation.
Diverting attention from Washington’s aim to rule the world unchallenged, “Biden” falsely accused China and Russia of “advancing authoritarianism…to damage and disrupt our ‘democracy (sic).’ ”
What hasn’t existed since the nation’s founding was ignored, clearly what’s nonexistent in Washington now — just a fantasy version of the real thing.
If democracy began emerging in the US for real, it would be banned by congressional legislation and/or executive order.
US ruling authorities abhor the notion, tolerating it nowhere, clearly not at home.
In stark contrast to US endless wars on humanity domestically and abroad, China, Russia, and other independent nations — free from US control — prioritize peace, stability, and cooperative relations with other countries — confrontation with none.
Under both right wings of the US war party, “diplomacy” is pursued through the barrel of a gun, by sanctions wars and other dirty tricks, by demanding other nations bend to Washington’s will or be declared and targeted as enemies of the state.
What US ruling authorities, congressional leaders, and establishment media fail to explain is most important for everyone to know.
Core US domestic and foreign policy is polar opposite what “Biden” called “defending freedom, championing opportunity, upholding universal rights, respecting the rule of law and treating every person with dignity (sic).”
US ruling authorities tolerate none of the above.
Saying “the American people are going to emerge from this moment stronger” defies the reality of the times.
Ordinary Americans are under unprecedented assault by US dark forces in cahoots with monied interests and fourth estate press agents for wealth, power and privilege.
The greatest ever — state-sponsored — Main Street Depression rages with scant federal aid and no end of human misery in prospect.
Weekly for the past 11 months, about one million or more working-age Americans applied for unemployment insurance (UI) benefits — what’s been unprecedented in US history.
Yet official acknowledgement of the dire state of things is more muted than prioritized to address by Congress and the White House.
At a time when federally sponsored jobs creation initiatives are vitally needed, they’re nowhere in sight.
If large-scale federal aid to millions of unemployed Americans isn’t enacted before mid-March, millions will exhaust meager benefits received.
They’ll be a greater Main Street economic crisis than already at a time of made-in-the-USA economic collapse.
In his Thursday address, “Biden” challenged nonexistent Russian “aggressive action” — how Washington operates at home and abroad.
Under Vladimir Putin, Russia follows higher standards, ones the US and its imperial partners long ago abandoned.
No Russian “interfer(ence) with our elections” occurred, no “cyberattacks” against the US, no “poisoning” of Navalny or other Russian nationals.
“We will not hesitate to raise the cost on Russia and defend our vital interest in our people,” “Biden”roared, adding:
“Russian efforts to suppress freedom of expression and peaceful assembly are a matter of deep concern to us and the international community (sic).”
The above remarks reflect how Washington operates, not Moscow.
They reflect no change in US war on Russia by other means.
The same hostile policy targets China, Iran, Venezuela, and other nations free from US control — what the scourge of imperialism is all about.
“Biden:” “We’ll confront China’s economic abuses, counter its aggressive course of action to push back on China’s attack on human rights, intellectual property and global governance (sic).”
War secretary “Austin will be leading a global posture review of our forces so that our military footprint is appropriately aligned with our foreign policy and national security priorities.”
Fact check: For the past 75 years since WW II ended, America’s only enemies were invented.
No real ones existed throughout this time frame to the present day.
So they have to be invented in pursuit of Washington’s imperial aim to rule the world unchallenged, along with controlling its resources and populations.
Seasonal flu-renamed covid, lockdowns, and all the rest were used by US dark forces to cause orchestrated economic collapse.
It’s part of a diabolical Great Reset scheme to create ruler-serf societies worldwide.
Democracy the way it should be is the mortal enemy of the above.
“Biden” cancelled Trump’s ordered troop drawdown from Germany.
Occupation of Afghanistan and Syria most likely will continue on the new regime’s watch with no end of US war on both countries.
Pouring US arms into the Middle East and elsewhere continues unchanged — maintaining tinderbox conditions in world hot spots.
There’s no US “light of liberty on oppressed people,” no “safe havens for those fleeing violence or persecution,” no US “moral leadership” on any pressing world issues.
“Biden’s” executive order on permitting greater numbers of immigrants allowed into the US is all about creating more undemocratic Dem voters for those becoming citizens ahead.
His notion of making “room for dissent” is silencing what diverges from the official narrative.
Saying the US will “lead not just by the example of our power, but the power of our example” is code language for hardening totalitarian rule on a fast track toward becoming full-blown tyranny — for our own good and to protect national security when no foreign threats exist.
The above remark is also all about no change in US dirty business as usual worldwide.
It’s about continuing endless US wars by hot and other means on invented enemies.
What “Biden” called a “free press” refers only to establishment media that stick to the official falsified narrative — that suppress what’s vital for everyone to know.
“Every action” Biden/Harris intend taking — domestically and geopolitically — is polar opposite pursuit of peace, equity, justice, and the rule of law.
Today is the most perilous time in world history.
Daily events domestically and abroad should terrify ordinary people everywhere.
While popular needs in the US largely go begging, Washington’s ruling class prioritizes wars on humanity and exploitation of ordinary people to benefit privileged ones.
Most people are largely on their own. Criminality in high places is rewarded.
Warmakers win peace prizes. Peacemakers are vilified. So are social democrats.
Looking ahead, things in the US and West are likely to worsen, not improve.
The state of the nation I grew up in long ago is unrecognizable from the one that afforded me benefits no longer available to young people today.
It’s the wrong time to be growing up and living in the US and West.
Today’s grim reality endangers the rights and welfare of ordinary people with no prospect of improved conditions ahead — just the opposite.
