Brazenly Illegal Biden Regime Mandate

All things flu/covid mandated or otherwise pushed are illegal, immoral, unethical, or all of the above.

Unrelated to protecting and preserving public health, they’re all about destroying it, along with virtually everything just societies hold dear.

Wall Street Journal editors slammed the Biden regime’s “illegal” mandate.

Stressing “a withering (appellate court) rebuke,” they added:

The White House was “warned” that no executive branch power exists to mandate jabs for private workers.

Yet the fake Biden ordered OHSA “to do it anyway” — a recklessly brazen abuse of power, what’s been regime practice since stealing the 2020 election by unprecedented fraud.

The stay of execution by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals included a sharp rebuke of illegal Biden regime overreach — what WSJ editors called “the runaway administrative state.”

It quoted MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle’s contempt for public health and the rule of law by tweeting:

“OSHA(’s) mandate as an emergency workplace safety rule is the ultimate work-around for the federal govt to require” jabs.

Journal editors translated “ ‘work-around’ (to) read illegal,” adding:

The appellate court’s stay shedded the diabolical mandate “every which way—on constitutional, statutory and procedural grounds.” 

“The Constitution gives states, not the federal government, the police powers to regulate individual behavior to protect public health and safety.”

The Biden regime’s attempt to illegally “circumvent” the rule of law was slapped down hard by the 5th Circuit’s three-judge panel — in sharp language leaving no doubt where it stands by “lambast(ing)” it.

Along with breaching international and US constitutional law, it flunked the smell test on all counts.

Journal editors minced no words, saying that the 5th Circuit’s “judicial smackdown (was) so overwhelming that it’s fair to conclude the” Biden regime thought or gambled that it could get away with acting extrajudicially.

Its reckless action is “typical” of how it operates overall.

Hopefully Journal editors are right in saying that if the White House vigorously defends its illegal mandate, “it will almost certainly lose if a challenge makes it to the Supreme Court,” adding:

Using flu/covid as a phony pretext to circumvent the law, “it’s vital that the courts rein it in for liberty’s sake.”

Separately, Oroville, CA’s city council voted by a 6 – 1 majority to declare itself a “Constitutional Republic City,” its vice mayor Scott Thompson, saying:

“What we are doing is protecting our citizens’ rights as much as we can on the local level,” adding: 

“(W)e are acting as a sanctuary city for our citizens and their rights and freedoms protected by the US and state constitutions.”

Gov. Gavin Newsom “modeled this type of declaration for us when he declared San Francisco a sanctuary city for what he believed to be overreach by the federal government against his citizens.” 

Oroville’s resolution exempts the city from enforcing Newsom’s draconian executive orders to harm public health and obliterate freedoms guaranteed under international and constitutional law.

It’s enforcing “the separation of powers, individual rights, and the rule of law outlined in the US Constitution, including the freedom for local government to have local control over issues related to the citizens who reside within the city’s jurisdictional boundaries.”

Thompson added that “every mandate will be handled differently.” 

“(W)e believe that protecting the constitutional freedoms our citizens have is something we take seriously.”

“Our state representatives have been trying to get through to our governor for him to hear that just because something works well for big cities like Sacramento or San Francisco does not mean that the same thing holds true for rural areas like Oroville.”

Mayor Chuck Reynolds stressed that the resolution “reaffirms to (city residents) what type of government we (should) live under.”

Out of sight for days, Newsom reportedly contracted Guillan-Barre syndrome after being booster-jabbed.

The disorder attacks the body’s nerves. Early symptoms include tingling in the extremities that can worsen and cause paralysis.

Most patients experience a respiratory, gastrointestinal or Zika virus infection before Guillan-Barre symptoms occur.

While the recovery rate is high, there’s no known cure for the syndrome.

Recovered patients may also experience lingering weakness, numbness and/or fatigue.

If Newsom is ill from Guillan-Barre, he’ll be hard-pressed to carry out the duties of his office.
